How Does The Nansen Affiliate Program Work?
Affiliates are eligible to receive commission rewards for each successful referral.
A successful referral is defined as a new user that purchases a Pioneer or a Professional subscription using your unique referral code and does not terminate their subscription. Commission applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- Commission Rate: 10% commission for each successful referral.
- New User Discount: 10% off the subscription price for the person referred.
The discount applies to the first transaction (monthly or annual), and renewals will be at the standard rate without the discount.
How Do The Affiliate Program Payouts Work?
All payments will be made on ETH in USDC on the 15th of the following month after a new user signs up for a Qualifying Plan (monthly or annual) and does not terminate their subscription.

- Payout Date: 15th May 2024
How Do I Become An Affiliate?
Any Nansen user can apply to be an affiliate using this using this form.
Please use the email address or share the wallet addresses associated with your Nansen account. That way, we can identify who you are. Also, within this email include links to your social media channels that you would use to promote Nansen and content that you have created in the past. This content doesn’t necessarily have to include Nansen, but it helps!
What If I Create Onchain Content But Am Not A Nansen User?
We want the best onchain content creators to leverage Nansen for their work. That’s why we’re also extending the Affiliate Program to non-Nansen users.
Within this form, state that you aren’t a current Nansen user and include links to your onchain content. Content can be written, video, or leveraging a community you have built.
If you are successful with your application, we will provide you with a free Nansen subscription and one-on-one onboarding to familiarize yourself with Nansen. This subscription may get revoked if you fail to create Nansen related content.
How Do I Get My Affiliate Code?
Your unique affiliate referral code will be provided upon joining the program.

1. What is considered a successful referral of New Users?
A new user is someone who has not previously registered for a Nansen account or an existing user who has yet to purchase a Qualifying Plan. A successful referral occurs when a New User purchases a Qualifying Plan using your unique affiliate code, and that New User does not discontinue or terminate their subscription
Commission rewards will not be paid out for referrals resulting from prohibited activities such as using bots, creating fake accounts, spammy behavior, or any other activity that violates the program's terms and conditions.
2. How can I receive the commission rewards?
If you are eligible for payouts, you will receive them in USDC. These transfers will be made onchain, and you will need to provide an appropriate receiving wallet address when registering for the program. On the payout date, you will receive an email from affiliates@nansen.ai with the transaction hash for the payout and a report on your referral code's performance.
3. How can I change my receiving wallet address?
To change your receiving wallet address, you must send a request in writing to affiliates@nansen.ai from the contact email provided to us.
4. Are there any other terms and conditions which apply to this Affiliate Marketing Program?
Yes, the program is subject to the Nansen Affiliate Marketing Terms, which can be found here. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to amend the terms or any aspect of the program at any time.
