1. What is considered a successful referral of New Users?

A new user is someone who has not previously registered for a Nansen account or an existing user who has yet to purchase a Qualifying Plan. A successful referral occurs when a New User purchases a Qualifying Plan using your unique affiliate code, and that New User does not discontinue or terminate their subscription.

Commission rewards will not be paid out for referrals resulting from prohibited activities such as using bots, creating fake accounts, spammy behavior, or any other activity that violates the program's terms and conditions.

2. How can I receive the commission rewards?

If you are eligible for payouts, you will receive them in USDC. These transfers will be made onchain, and you will need to provide an appropriate receiving wallet address when registering for the program. On the payout date, you will receive an email from affiliates@nansen.ai with the transaction hash for the payout and a report on your referral code's performance.

3. How can I change my receiving wallet address?

To change your receiving wallet address, you must send a request in writing to affiliates@nansen.ai from the contact email provided to us.

4. Are there any other terms and conditions which apply to this Affiliate Marketing Program?

Yes, the program is subject to the Nansen Affiliate Marketing Terms, which can be found here. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to amend the terms or any aspect of the program at any time.

5. Do affiliates offer any discounts to their audience?

Yes! Anyone who uses an affiliate's code will get 10% off any paid plan. This allows affiliates to provide a real valuable discount to their community, adding more incentive to sign up.

6. Do affiliates earn commissions on subscription renewals, or is it just a one-time payment?

Affiliates earn 10% of any renewal income for the user. This means affiliates benefit from recurring revenue, not just a one-time commission.
