How do I refer my friends to Nansen?
Simply follow these 3 simple steps:
- Navigate to your Account page via either the a) Account Settings at the bottom of the left hand navigation, b) the “Earn one month free” button, or c) the Account Settings icon in the top right of the home screen:
- When on the Account Setting page scroll down to the bottom and click on the ‘Copy to clipboard’ button to copy your referral link and share with your friends. Alternatively, you can click on the Twitter icon to share it on your Twitter profile instantly! If you used the "Earn one month free" button, you’ll have both of these sharing options as well!
- Watch your referrals pile up!
FYI - Your referral code is unique to you, and will only display the plan that you currently are subscribed to. For example, if you are currently subscribed to the Standard tier, friends who use your unique referral code will only see sign up options for the Standard tier.
What are the benefits for me?
The Nansen referral program lets you earn a month of your subscription for free, for each friend who successfully signs up for the same subscription tier.
What benefits will my friend receive?
Your friend can receive up to one month free on their subscription when using your unique referral code.
For example, if your friend signs up for a subscription, their subscription will be extended as follows:
- If it’s a monthly subscription, they will receive 5 extra days.
- If it’s a quarterly subscription, they will receive 10 extra days.
- If it’s a yearly subscription, they will receive 31 extra days.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
- The Inviter and the Invitee cannot be the same person.
- The Inviter must be an active Nansen subscriber to receive referral awards.
- The Invitee must not have an existing Nansen subscription, and have not previously signed up for a Nansen subscription.
- For each successful referral the Inviter is rewarded an additional month (31 days) of the Nansen subscription they currently are subscribed to.
- A referral is considered successful if the Invitee has signed up for a Nansen subscription using the Inviters referral link.
- The Invitee can only redeem the same plan type that the Inviter has, when using their referral link.
- The Invitee will receive an extension to their subscription, once successfully signed up, dependent on the plan they have chosen. For example:
- If the Invitee signs up for a monthly subscription, they will receive 5 days added to the end of their subscription plan, at no additional charge.
- If the Invitee signs up for a quarterly subscription, they will receive 10 days added to the end of their subscription plan, at no additional charge.
- If your Invitee signs up for a yearly subscription, they will receive 31 days added to the end of their subscription plan, at no additional charge.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an Inviter can accrue.
- Nansen users are strictly prohibited from promoting their referral link through paid ads, with branded keywords related to Nansen.
- Nansen reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend and/or terminate the referral program incentives or terms at any time at Nansen’s sole discretion.
