Our goal at Nansen is to become the #1 workplace in crypto.
Today, we are excited to announce that we are rolling out our first Nansen Hubs to take us a small step closer to that goal.
Nansen is a remote-first company. Most of our team members have never met in person (including two of our three co-founders). With Nansen Hubs we’d like to change that - making it as easy as possible for people to spend time together in real life.
The idea is simple: we’ll set up physical hubs in a few crypto-friendly cities where Nansen team members can spend up to one month every year with accommodation, flights, and office space covered. Our Operations team will also support with practical matters such as getting visa (when required).
The first five Nansen Hubs are located in:
- Singapore
- Lisbon
- Miami
- London
- Bangkok
Conveniently these cities cover the main time zones that we operate in. This means that people can choose to co-locate with others they work closely with based on their timezone (if they want to).
At Nansen we like to start small and grow fast. Our Hubs will be no different.
Initially we’ll optimize for Nansen team members and their worklife. Over time our hubs will become community hubs: local meeting places for crypto enthusiasts around the world. Nansen hubs will host events and create spaces for people to connect - a real-world version of the Nansen Alpha community?
We launched Nansen shortly after the pandemic broke out in early 2020. Two years later, we’re optimistic that we’ll be able to spend more time together soon.
